This video is fantastic, it is so good I have shown it twice in recent presentations and people who had seen it two or three times were still laughing. The sad part is that it is all true and SO MUCH time is wasted on conference calls. Virtual teams are a fact of life in today’s business culture and it is about time people started taking them seriously and learn how to run them more effectively.
